Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an experienced Architect to conceptualise designs and manage projects. You will be responsible for feasibility studies, preparation of tender documents, and liaising with clients and contractors. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Architecture, local compliance knowledge, and at least 5-8 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, preferably recognised by the Board of Architects, Singapore
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant architectural experience, preferred in data centre, industrial projects
• Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices
• Conversant with local codes & regulations
• Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures
• Ability to lead a team
• Good leadership and communication skill

The ideal candidate must have at least a Degree and above in a relevant Technical discipline (Architecture, Civil) with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience within a similar portfolio context. You are expected to have strong experience in a similar role with good knowledge of local code and standards. You must have a good command of spoken and written English, and be assertive and confident in nature.
