As a Senior AI Specialist, you are the field‑facing expert on Zoom’s AI platform—especially AI Companion and Custom AI Companion. This role partners with sales and solution teams to identify high‑impact AI use cases and design outcome‑focused, production‑ready workflows. You also lead customer workshops, proofs of value, and executive briefings that move opportunities from interest to execution. Additionally, you communicate Zoom’s AI strategy and agentic framework, create field‑ready assets centered on business outcomes, and provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering.
