Overview
Senior AI Governance Solutions Consultant - Financial Services & Insurance (APAC) role with Dataiku. This position focuses on communicating, demonstrating, and delivering Dataiku’s AI and analytics governance offering to organizations across Asia-Pacific, leveraging expertise in Financial Services & Insurance (FSI) to articulate Dataiku’s value within the sector.
Responsibilities
- Represent Dataiku's AI and analytics Governance and FSI Solutions teams in APAC: Serve as the primary governance solutions representative in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Australia, collaborating with global colleagues and working with the Director for FSI Solutions to demonstrate Dataiku in the industry.
- Support pre-sales activities on Dataiku’s AI and analytics governance offering: Demonstrate Dataiku’s governance approach to prospects and existing customers, partnering with account teams and Sales Engineering on opportunity management, product demonstrations, value propositions, implementation and integration principles, post-sales planning, and answering governance-related questions.
- Support pre-sales activities on Dataiku's FSI offering: Collaborate with account teams and Sales Engineers to scope demos and present Dataiku solutions for FSI customers across diverse use cases.
- Deliver post-sales activities on Dataiku’s AI governance offer: Lead mapping of customer governance principles to product capabilities, plan workshops, deliver customized workflows and user training, and ensure end-to-end value delivery and support for internal and partner resources.
- Deliver post-sales activities on the potential of Dataiku in FSI: Work with the Director of FSI Solutions and customers to envision new ways of working with Dataiku and assist Global Services with build and implementation of use cases when relevant.
- Ensure efficient end-to-end implementation of Dataiku’s AI Governance offer: Engage key customer stakeholders in governance discussions, assess needs and challenges, identify governance frameworks, support sales, and map requirements to Dataiku’s product range.
- Establish your position as Dataiku’s regional expert for AI Governance & FSI: Act as an AI Governance SME with FSI expertise through internal upskilling sessions and external-facing panels and speaking engagements.
- Contribute to product development: Collaborate with the Product team to shape the roadmap by reporting customer and stakeholder feedback.
- Ideation and development of Governance Solutions and Customer Customizations: Identify opportunities to build standalone governance solutions or customize workflows to translate regulations, policies, or practices into Dataiku solutions.
- Contribute to other activities of Dataiku’s AI Governance team: AI regulatory watch, marketing, awareness, enablement, and support for partner networks.
What you need to be successful
- Masters degree; 7 to 10 years of experience with a strong track record in complex project management and rollout; 1 to 3 years of direct AI and Analytics Governance experience preferred.
- Proven expertise in governance or regulation-related topics; understanding of AI governance is a plus.
- Ability to learn Dataiku’s product offerings and translate customer needs into practical solutions.
- Strong listening and translation skills to identify practical solutions for customers.
- Ability to make detailed recommendations and execute the work.
- Capable of end-to-end project handling in an autonomous and collaborative manner.
- Strong people and relationship management; comfortable working with colleagues across teams and geographies.
- Great written and oral communication skills; able to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Adaptable, professional, challenge-seeking, resilient.
- Based in Singapore (remote or office-based).
- Fluent in English; business-level proficiency in Malay, Mandarin, or Thai is a plus. #LI-Hybrid
