Your Job

Part of the New Product Development team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and supply chain, to mitigate risks, drive improvements, and ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards to ensure the flawless introduction of products into the market.

Our Team

You will be in our Datacom and Specialty Solutions (DSS) division, which designs and manufactures an extensive product line serving customers in telecommunications, datacom, (hyperscale) data center, cloud, and storage applications.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate risk assessment and mitigation activities during design, prototype and manufacturing phases of new product development.
• Develop and implement comprehensive quality plans that is focused on the voice of customers and adhere to required internal and external standards to achieve new product qualification.
• Support supplier quality assessments and collaborate with suppliers to achieve qualification on new products.
• Lead or facilitate problem solving and resolution of quality issues during launch, and support efforts to prevent future occurrences.
• Champion continuous improvement and lean initiatives to improve new product development and advanced product quality planning.

• Degree in Engineering or related field
• Working knowledge of electronic assembly, testing, molding, stamping, plating and assembly processes
