A leading F&B company in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Support role in the Leasing team. The ideal candidate has relevant experience, offers excellent communication skills, and can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing tenancy documents and handling governmental permit applications.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administration support to the Leasing team
- Prepare tenancy related documents
- Keep good record of leasing documents and filing
- Ensure application and renewal of government permits/license
- Upload the details of new and existing customers in Google Drive
- Assist in monthly utility meter reading duties and generate meter billing for billing purpose
- Coordinate and liaise with both internal and external parties
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by leasing manager and management
Requirements
- Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry
- A positive work attitude and willingness to learn
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven and highly-motivated
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Have initiative, independent and well-organised
- Enjoy communicating with people
