Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in day-to-day accounting functions.
  • Handle full sets of accounts.
  • Handling staff claims, intercompany transactions including billing and reconciliation.
  • Ensuring timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.
  • Responsible for the preparation and closing of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements & reporting.
  • Coordinating and preparing forecasts and budgets.
  • Responsible for preparation of quarterly GST report, transfer pricing report & Withholding Tax.
  • Liaising with auditors, tax agents, professional parties and company secretaries. Assist in various audits.
  • Handling any other ad hoc assignments or operational issues requiring finance involvement.
Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Minimum a Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy.
  • At least 2-3years of relevant experience.
  • Candidates with audit experience will be an added advantage.
  • Good organizational capabilities, meticulous and process-strong analytical skills.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting standards and relevant statutory requirements.
  • Able to work independently or as a team.
