Job responsibility

• Prepare and monitor annual/quarterly/monthly expense budgets, and perform variance analysis.
• Review employee expense claims, vendor payments, and contract-related expenditures to ensure compliance and cost effectiveness.
• Assist in designing and refining expense management processes and reimbursement standards.
• Perform daily accounting entries and voucher reviews using Kingdee financial software.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing and prepare financial statements with accuracy.
• Participate in reconciliations, GST submissions, and annual audit coordination.
• Assist in financial data preparation related to cash flow tracking and capital operations.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines
• 3–5 years of financial experience, with exposure to expense management or general ledger
• Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax filing processes
• Proficient in Kingdee (金蝶) financial software will be a plus
• Strong communication skills
