A well-established company in Singapore seeks a financial professional to coordinate group consolidation processes. The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, coupled with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include preparing consolidated financial statements, liaising with subsidiaries, and ensuring compliance with IFRS standards. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $4,000 to $5,000, with excellent welfare and benefits.

Working location: Tuas Crescent (Company Transport Provided)
Working day: Monday – Friday
Working hours: 8.30am – 5.15pm
Coordinate and liaise with subsidiaries on all group consolidation matters.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of consolidation packages by subsidiaries.
Review subsidiary financial submissions to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with Group requirements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Group reporting standards.
Prepare consolidation supporting schedules, group cash flow statements, and management reporting schedules.
Assist in streamlining and improving consolidation processes and reporting templates.
Support the preparation of SGX announcements, including quarter-end, half-year, and year-end financial disclosures (numerical information).
Assist in the consolidation of the Group’s annualbudget and forecasts.
Coordinate and manage external audit matters, including responding to audit requests and liaising with auditors.
Ensurecompliance with IFRS/SFRS, statutory requirements, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate the preparation of Board papers and support quarterly Board reporting.
Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements, including notes to accounts.
Support the preparation and publication of the annual report,AGM, and EGM documentation, including coordination with auditors, designers, and typesetters.
Review disclosures for accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
Support the preparation of the Group’s Sustainability Report in line with SGX requirements and applicable ESG frameworks.
Coordinate with subsidiaries to collect, consolidate, and validate ESG and climate-related data.
Monitor and track sustainability initiatives and performance indicators.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field/Professional accounting certifications (ACCA/CPA/CA SG)
Min 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or finance.
Experience in Financial reporting (IFRS/SFRS), Consolidation, management report packages, Internal controls/governance, working with external auditors, drafting financial statements & preparing annual report, AGM and EGM, preparing budgets and forecasts.
