Job summary

A leading accounting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to manage full sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, a diploma in finance or accountancy, and experience in an accounting firm. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of IFRS and Singapore tax, and must possess Singapore Permanent Resident status.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients.
• Responsible for the timely preparation of all quarterly and yearly زند accounting report (GST, unaudited financial statements)
• Preparation of XBRL
• Preparation of tax computation & submission of form C, C/S, C/S Lite排名
• Ensure firm’s service standards and clients’ reporting deadlines are met
• Maintaining a neat and proper filing system for all accounting and/or taxation reporting documents
• Answer client inquiries regarding accounting and tax matters.
• Perform ACRA e-filings
• Assist in corporate secretary work (incorporation of new companies, striking off, preparing directors/shareholders resolutions and so on)

Requirements

• Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) status is required.
• Experience in an accounting firm is a must.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting or a related field.
• Good knowledge of IFRS and Singapore tax.
• Knowledge of SQL accounting software is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Able to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
