About the Role

About the Role:
Our clients are seeking a detail-oriented and experiencedSenior Accountant to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will manage accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide insightful reporting to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards (e.g., SFRS, IFRS).
  • Conduct account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax filings, and internal controls.
  • Support audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA/ACCA qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in [industry, e.g., manufacturing, services, or multinational environment].
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
