• Must have Due Diligence experience

Job Description

• Mainly tackle Financial Due Diligence with a positive attitude
• Prepare month-end closing and annual financial statements for clients (Full set)
• Ensure firms’ service standard and reporting deadlines are met
• Liaise with our members, clients, auditors and tax agents

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in handling a similar position
• Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standard (SFRS)
• Audit experience preferred
• Audit experience of more than 3 years or experience of handling financial due diligence (more than 5 projects) preferred
• Independent, organized and able to work with colleague
• Basic knowledge and experience in tax computation are preferred
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Word
• Interest in learning Japanese language to liaise with Japanese stakeholders is advantageous
