  • Develop, maintain, and optimize process recipes and manufacturing flows.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, baseline monitoring, and advanced troubleshooting of process tools.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation, including SOPs and MES/RMES configurations.
  • Drive automation and smart manufacturing projects.
  • Work with global manufacturing sites to support process correlation and resolve production challenges.

Key Responsibilities

after joining our team will include the following:

  • Process Control & Continuous Improvement
    Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) to identify critical parameters and drive data-based improvements in process stability, yield, and performance.
  • Recipe & Technology Management
    Develop, maintain, and optimize process recipes and manufacturing flows. Lead new process and technology qualifications to ensure smooth ramp-up into production.
  • Equipment & Defect Management
    Perform preventive maintenance, baseline monitoring, and advanced troubleshooting of process tools. Analyze defect trends, determine root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Documentation & Training
    Create and maintain accurate documentation, including SOPs and MES/RMES configurations. Deliver structured training to engineers and production technicians.
  • Automation & Efficiency Initiatives
    Drive automation and smart manufacturing projects, collaborating closely with IT and engineering teams to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
  • Cross-Functional & Cross-Site Collaboration
    Work with global manufacturing sites to support process correlation, resolve daily production challenges, and partner with equipment vendors on complex technical issues.
