- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of semiconductor process engineering experience is a plus; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven mindset
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and execution
- Able to perform well in fast-paced, time-critical environments

Key Responsibilities
after joining our team will include the following:
- Process Control & Continuous Improvement
Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) to identify critical parameters and drive data-based improvements in process stability, yield, and performance.
- Recipe & Technology Management
Develop, maintain, and optimize process recipes and manufacturing flows. Lead new process and technology qualifications to ensure smooth ramp-up into production.
- Equipment & Defect Management
Perform preventive maintenance, baseline monitoring, and advanced troubleshooting of process tools. Analyze defect trends, determine root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Documentation & Training
Create and maintain accurate documentation, including SOPs and MES/RMES configurations. Deliver structured training to engineers and production technicians.
- Automation & Efficiency Initiatives
Drive automation and smart manufacturing projects, collaborating closely with IT and engineering teams to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Cross-Functional & Cross-Site Collaboration
Work with global manufacturing sites to support process correlation, resolve daily production challenges, and partner with equipment vendors on complex technical issues.
