Responsibilities

• Liaise and follow up with Product Engineering Department.
• Prepare, review and implement operational procedures.
• Communicate with Headquarter, customer and vendor on probe card matters.
• Analyse probe card data and generate reports.
• Responsible for responding to customer queries in a timely manner.
