The Security Manager, SEA oversees end-to-end security and safety operations for retail boutiques, offices, and events across the region. This role partners closely with senior stakeholders, external security providers, and authorities to safeguard people, assets, and operations while ensuring full regulatory and compliance.

What You'll Do

• Manage in-house and retail security operations, ensuring alignment with internal standards, service provider protocols, and contract requirements.
• Work closely with landlords and building management to ensure compliance with fire safety, emergency procedures, and local regulations.
• Oversee regional budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts for guarding services, systems, and event security.
• Provide regional security expertise across SEA, including risk assessments, crisis management, investigations, and safety audits.
• Lead security-related projects such as new store openings, system upgrades, and special events.
• Manage accident and incident reporting, investigation, documentation, and follow-up actions.

What We're Looking For

• 8 years' experience in security management, including a minimum of 2 years in hands‑on retail or in‑house security, or managing retail clients within a security service provider.
• Strong knowledge of physical security, emergency response, vendor management, and compliance.
• Proven regional exposure and ability to collaborate with internal teams, authorities, and external providers.
• Able to travel within SEA and remain reachable for emergency response when required.
