A premier staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support the principal in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be Singaporean with at least 2 years of secretarial experience, proficient in Microsoft Office and digital engagement tools. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and operating with foresight to ensure smooth operations. This role offers a one-year renewable contract, working hours from 8:30am to 6:00pm (Monday to Thursday) and until 5:30pm on Fridays.
Provide secretarial and executive support to the principal.
Work closely with stakeholders to manage the principal’s schedule, handle calls and correspondences.
Assist the principal to prepare reports, presentation and meeting agendas as well as take on other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the principal.
Coordinate travel arrangements and provide end-to-end administrative and logistic support for specific events and stakeholder engagements.
Operate with a high degree of foresight, anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues to ensure seamless operations.
Provide holistic support across professional and personal domains.
Independently manage special projects and confidential assignments with absolute discretion and integrity.
Other ad-hoc activities assigned.
Singaporean
At least Diploma or Degree holder with 2 years of secretarial working experience
Private Secretarial Certificate is advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic AI tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with staff and all stakeholders in a professional manner
Meticulous, with strong organisation, coordination, and multi-tasking skills
Proactive and takes initiative to support the principal in the prioritisation of work and appointments
Positive attitude, hardworking and willingness to learn
Proficient in digital engagement tools, social media and blog updating
Duration: 1 year, renewable depending on performance & business needs
Working hrs: 8:30am to 6:00pm (Monday to Thursday) 8:30am to 5:30pm (Friday)
