Exciting Leadership Opportunity: Head of Sixth Form (Assistant Head) – Singapore

Start Date: August 2026

Location: Singapore

The Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the establishment and development of a new Sixth Form provision as the school grows into a leading all-through institution (Pre-Nursery to Year 13). You will play a pivotal role in creating a vibrant, intellectually ambitious, and nurturing environment for pupils entering Years 12 and 13.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Lead all aspects of Sixth Form life, academic, pastoral, and co-curricular, ensuring a culture of excellence and integrity.
• Academics: Oversee academic progress, target setting, and reporting, working closely with the Deputy Head Academic to ensure pupils reach their full potential.
• University Pathways: Collaborate with the Head of Futures to provide expert guidance on global university applications (including Oxbridge and Ivy League), ensuring high-quality preparation for life beyond school.
• Pastoral Care: Manage and train a team of Sixth Form Tutors to deliver outstanding pastoral support and well-being monitoring.
• Curriculum Development: Design and deliver an ambitious programme that integrates academic study with leadership and enrichment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with PGCE or equivalent.

Experience
