Job description

a. Experience:

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of working experience, preferably with a strong construction/contractor background.
• Extensive experience in construction planning using Primavera P6, including scheduling, reporting, and 4D-BIM collaboration.
• Must be available to be stationed on-site full-time.

b. Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or a relevant discipline.

c. Project Expertise:

• Experience in scheduling for projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature.

d. Technical Skills:

• Possess intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proficient in Primavera P6.

e. Work Ethic:

• Able to work independently, function as a strong team player, and handle fast-paced projects effectively.

f. Communication Skills:

• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Possesses strong presentation skills.
