Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP implementation specialist with specialized expertise supply chain area in SAP Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to join our innovative technology team. This role will be key in developing impactful SAP and Analytics solutions that drive business transformation and technological advancement. The ideal candidate will combine strong business process knowledge with functional skills to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable applications that deliver measurable impact.

  • Main focus on functional activities on new and changes to SAP configurations, SAP RICEFW and PowerBI analytics reports and dashboard

  • Work closely with global operations business to determine business requirements and write functional requirement specifications in an appropriate level of detail

  • Leading and conducting requirements gathering sessions with business users and digital solution team

  • Provide a business process engineering perspective during design review for projects with a strong emphasis on SAP functionality, reporting and dashboard requests based on SAP data (and other data sources)

  • Owns and performs integration testing and lead User Testing and identify resulting gaps. Main data source is from SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM systems.

  • Recommends new insights and/or efficiency opportunities around SAP processes and reporting

  • Works on and coordinates multiple reporting deliverables and related projects independently and in a team environment

  • Responsible for system configuration in SAP Purchasing, Inventory Management, Extended Warehouse Management and production planning to support moderate to sophisticated improvements and projects in SAP

  • Works on and coordinates multiple SAP deliverables and related projects independently and in a team environment

  • Document all best known methods and provides support as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's Level Degree and related work experience of at least 5 years

  • Strong knowledge and experience of configuration and tables (MM, PP, EWM), solid understanding of SAP customizations and user exits to improve SAP system to meet business requirements

  • Ability to work independently with ABAP and Technical developers to craft and drive SAP system changes.

  • Good testing and troubleshooting acumen for reporting enhancements, projects and issues

  • Project experience in preparing test plans, training documents and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
