The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with a background in engineering or an MBA.   • Must have SuccessFactors certification in Onboarding Module.
  • Demonstrable understanding of country specific labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance during theonboarding process.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and streamline the onboarding process efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with new employees and establish a positive onboarding experience.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple onboarding processessimultaneously.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics to enable data-driven decision-making and strategic workforce planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
