Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.

Job description

Support and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Benefits, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, On/Offboarding, etc.).

Analyse business needs, prepare functional specifications, and manage system enhancements and testing.

Administer Role-Based Permissions and ensure smooth upgrades and integrations with SAP/third-party systems.

Collaborate with users, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.

Ensure compliance with security, data, and governance standards.

Requirements

Degree in Information Technology or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ hands‑on experience with multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Knowledge of SAP/SF integrations; exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies and Data Analysis System is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Able to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.

SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred.
