As an SAP Application Specialist, you will need a strong aptitude for tackling operational issues within SAP systems, primarily in the Sales Order-to-Revenue business processes, as well as across Retail, Digital Stores, and Sales Channels domains. You must also have understanding of the underlying Order-to-Revenue data models. You will work closely across regions with business and technical teams in multiple locations and time zones. This role requires resolving business-impacting issues and carries accountability for all aspects of system support, including handling incident tickets, managing production issue escalations, and ensuring timely remediation.
