About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Salon Receptionist to join our team at JG Singapore Pte Ltd'. This is a full-time position based in the Central Region of Singapore. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

What you'll be doing

1. Greet and welcome clients in a polite and courteous manner
2. Manage appointment scheduling and rescheduling
3. Process payments and handle cash flow
4. Maintain accurate client records and data entry
5. Provide information about salon services, products and promotions
6. Support shop In-charge in administration, general operation, stocks & inventory, etc.
7. Contribute to a positive team culture and provide exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a salon or spa environment
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
4. Proficient in using computer systems and software
