We are now looking for a passionate and driven Salon Manager to join our team and lead daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day salon operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, and appointment management.
• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of nail technicians and front-desk staff.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health & safety standards.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues to maintain excellent service standards.
• Manage inventory, product orders, and supplier relationships.
• Track sales, monitor performance, and implement marketing or promotional campaigns.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the salon’s services and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Salon Manager or in a supervisory role within the beauty industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of nail services, beauty trends, and salon operations.
• Ability to manage budgets, sales targets, and staff performance.
• Familiarity with booking/POS systems (preferred).
