A global technology company is looking for a Sales Trainer in Singapore. This role involves training and coaching sales teams to improve their capabilities and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales enablement and be skilled in communication and coaching. You will be responsible for developing training programs and collaborating with international teams to drive sales performance and influence best practices. This role requires a growth mindset and familiarity with sales enablement tools.
As a Sales Trainer in the Sales Training & Development team, you will apply your knowledge of sales and training through interactive sessions, assisting in the rollout of role‑specific sales resources, and aiding our sales teams in cultivating more innovative, effective, and profitable practices
Your main responsibility will be to train every seller and sales leader in your region to improve their capabilities and efficiency. Additionally, you’ll work with your colleagues in the Sales Enablement team to develop training programs, tools, systems, and insights that our sales team and channel partners will use in their daily work—helping to shape the Jabra Way of Selling.
Sales Training & Development is part of the Global Sales Enablement and Channel Development team at GN/Jabra.
