Sales Team Leader (Edtech US Process) Night Shifts

As a Team Leader in Admission Counselling at Aimlay, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of Admission Counsellors to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure consistent achievement of monthly sales targets through strategic sales planning and execution.

To excel in this role, you must have proven sales leadership experience in the EdTech industry along with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Your exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills will be essential in developing and executing strategic sales plans. Additionally, your experience in managing and mentoring sales teams will be valuable in guiding and supervising a team of Counsellors to ensure high performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Driving the team to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  2. Developing strategies to improve lead conversion rates
  3. Optimizing sales processes
  4. Monitoring team performance using CRM tools
  5. Generating reports for management review
  6. Conducting regular performance evaluations and implementing improvement plans

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in Sales, Counselling, or Outbound Sales
  • At least 4 years in a leadership role
