A leading company in logistics is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and liaise with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in the freight forwarding industry and possess strong communication skills. Job Description
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Prepare and process quotes, and other sales-related paperwork. (Airfreight /
Seafreight / Logistic / CBT).
• Preparing reports on a weekly/or monthly basis.
• Trouble Shooting (Damage Cargo, Billing Issues, etc.) (Airfreight / Seafreight /
Logistic / CBT).
• Coordinate with internal teams such as outdoor sales, operation, finance, and
customer service.
• Work alongside with outdoor sales with generating new business and maintaining
existing customer relationships.
Job Requirements

• Effective communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Keen to make an effort and pursue areas of improvement.
• Able to cope and work under pressure or overtime if required.
• Able to perform independently or connect well in a team player environment.
• General knowledge on excel format if any.
• Relevant experience and knowledge in customer service/freight forwarding industry
Working hours:
Mon to Fri 8.30am - 6pm
