Job summary

A growing technology solutions provider in Singapore seeks a Sales Support professional to assist in customer inquiries, proposals, and coordination with vendors. This role requires 1-2 years of sales support experience, preferably in IT, alongside strong knowledge of IT products and CRM systems. Responsibilities include managing customer records and collaborating with technical teams. It's an opportunity to engage closely with clients and support business operations effectively.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of sales support or admin experience, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Good knowledge of IT products, services, and basic sales & marketing principles.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and handle various communications professionally.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth processing.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate product information.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge and promotional offers.
  • Check stock and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Support payment follow-ups and assist with marketing events.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and handle calls, messages, orders, pricing, stock checks, and warranty issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, purchase orders, delivery details, and consignment updates, while supporting the sales team with lead generation, appointments, and pipeline tracking.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing, on-time delivery, and strong working relationships.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate product information to clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Check and receive stock, verify quantities, and keep accurate documentation and filing.
  • Support payment follow-ups, sales tracking, and assist with marketing events or promotions when needed.
