Job description
Job Purpose

To support the sales team in executing real estate development projects smoothly and efficiently, with a particular focus on handling ongoing projects in Australia, ensuring high-quality customer service and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to sales representatives
  • Coordinate with internal departments (planning, design, legal, and administration)
  • Manage customer information and project progress reports
  • Take ownership of existing projects in Australia, ensuring timely updates and smooth communication with stakeholders
Main Duties
  • Project Handling (Australia Focus): Manage and support ongoing real estate development projects in Australia, including tracking timelines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders (local partners, consultants, authorities), and ensuring deliverables are met
  • Document Preparation: Assist in creating property summaries, proposals, and presentation materials
  • Customer Support: Handle phone calls, emails, visitor reception, and inquiries
  • Contract Management: Prepare, review, and file contracts and disclosure documents
  • Internal Coordination: Liaise with design, construction, and legal teams to gather and align information
  • Other Tasks: Take meeting minutes, manage sales tools, and support event operations
Required Experience & Skills
  • Experience in sales administration or support (preferably in the real estate industry)
  • Excellent Japanese proficiency with the ability to manage international projects and communicate effectively with Japanese speaking stakeholders
  • Ability to proactively identify and communicate potential issues through timely reporting, consultation, and coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel to Australia for approximately one week per month
