About The Air Station

The Air Station is a leading provider of sleep health solutions, specialising in diagnostic and therapeutic devices that transform patient outcomes. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to strengthen our commercial operations and ensure smooth, accurate execution of sales processes.

Role Overview

The Sales Support Executive plays a vital role in supporting our Sleep Sales and Clinical Teams by ensuring seamless administrative processes, accurate documentation, and timely coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This role is essential in enabling our sales team to focus on customer engagement while you maintain operational excellence behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

In the area of sales administration and documentation, you will be responsible for preparing and processing quotations, sales orders, and invoices promptly and accurately. You will ensure that all orders are entered correctly into the ERP/CRM system to maintain total delivery accuracy and will be expected to acquire deep product knowledge regarding CPAP, BiPAP, diagnostics, and consumables to meet customer needs. Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date records and assist with monthly reporting for the sales team.

Regarding customer and sales team support, you will respond to incoming enquiries from patients, clinics, and hospitals via phone, email, and online platforms. You will assist Sales and Sleep Specialists with follow-up tasks, stock checks, and appointment coordination while communicating product updates and promotions to clients. Your role also involves supporting after-sales service coordination and following up on outstanding orders or documents.

Furthermore, you will be expected to drive process improvement by taking the initiative to enhance current workflows and proposing practical solutions to bridge gaps in administrative efficiency. General administrative duties include providing day-to-day support to the sales team, assisting with data entry and documentation checks, and performing any other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager or In-Charge.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service roles. You must demonstrate strong competency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with preferred experience in ERP/CRM systems. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners are essential. We are looking for a highly motivated, organised individual with strong attention to detail and a commitment to reliability. You should be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks meticulously. Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is an advantage, and the ability to start as soon as possible is a plus.
