ROLE SUMMARY

The Sales Support provides administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth order processing, coordination with customers and suppliers, and timely delivery of goods. This role plays a key part in supporting daily sales operations and logistics execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales team
  • Perform accurate data entry of sales orders and related documentation
  • Coordinate sales orders with customers, factories, and freight forwarders
  • Arrange and track logistics and delivery schedules
  • Support annual stock take and inventory-related activities
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent; Diploma holders preferred
  • 1–2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in sales support, freight forwarding and logistics, or coordination roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Familiarity with MYOB is a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
