  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • Monthly Salary: up to $4500 + Allowance + Commission
  • Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

  • Drive sales performance by achieving and surpassing targets set by management.
  • Represent the company as an industry specialist, strengthening market presence within the construction sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients proactively.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a clear understanding of client needs to deliver effective solutions.
  • Assess and analyze new customer potential, preparing detailed reports for management review.
  • Establish and nurture a solid network with key stakeholders, including developers, consultants, architects, and contractors.
  • Monitor project progress on‑site and provide accurate material forecasts to support operations.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership on market trends, challenges, and strategic opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms with dealers and customers, ensuring accountability for timely payments.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales reports, offering tailored solutions to address customer inquiries.
  • Provide training, support, and troubleshooting assistance to customers when required.
