  • Prepare and verify shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, Certificates of Origin, Bill of Lading, Insurance).
  • Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and Incoterms, beyond basic customs compliance.
  • Coordinate legalization or validation of documents when required.
  • Negotiate freight rates with carriers and forwarders to optimize costs.
  • Arrange bookings with shipping lines, freight forwarders, or courier services.
  • Planning and scheduling shipments for cost efficiency and timely delivery.

  • Communicate with distributors, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment status.
