A leading horticultural company is seeking a motivated Sales Representative in Singapore to expand their commercial orchid sales in the B2B sector. The role involves acquiring new clients, promoting subscriptions, and maintaining long-term relationships. The position offers a basic salary of SGD 2,000 – 2,500, with attractive performance-based commissions.
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to expand our commercial orchid sales in Singapore. This role focuses on B2B sales, targeting offices, retail spaces, hotels, F&B outlets, and commercial premises that require regular orchid supply and maintenance.
You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and driving recurring subscription revenue.
Prospect and acquire new B2B customers for orchid subscription services
Promote monthly / weekly orchid supply packages to offices and commercial clients
Conduct site visits, presentations, and quotations
Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and referrals
Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
Coordinate with operations team on delivery and service schedules
Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
Keep simple sales records and client updates
At least 1 year of sales experience (B2B sales preferred)
Comfortable with outbound sales, cold outreach, and follow‑ups
Good communication and negotiation skills
Self‑motivated, result‑driven, and able to work independently
Familiar with Singapore commercial landscape (offices, shops, F&B)
Interest in plants, flowers, or lifestyle products is a plus
Able to do occasional site visits
Basic Salary: SGD 2,000 – 2,500 (depending on experience)
Commission & Incentives: Attractive performance‑based commissions
