Job Summary

This role is responsible for driving sales productivity through strategic lead and performance management, including lead planning, dashboard development, ABU framework refinement, and incentive evaluation. It serves as a key liaison between analytics and sales teams, ensuring alignment and execution of initiatives to optimize conversion and agent performance across ASD.

Key Responsibilities
Leads Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with Sales Heads, Loans Product Managers, and Marketing Analytics to plan and optimize lead generation strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Act as a key liaison between analytics and sales teams to ensure alignment and execution of lead initiatives.
Leads Performance Analysis
  • Evaluate lead performance and conversion trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance lead quality, allocation, and sales productivity.
  • Design and maintain a dynamic sales leads dashboard to track conversion rates and agent performance.
Sales Performance Management
  • Provide regular insights and updates to Sales Management to support coaching, performance reviews, and strategic decision‑making.
  • Review and enhance the Sales Performance framework for the ASD team.
  • Provide timely and accurate MIS updates to the sales platform to support data‑driven performance management.
  • Deliver actionable insights to support performance improvement, incentive planning, and productivity initiatives.
Qualifications/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales analytics, performance management, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience with programming (eg: vba macro) is a plus
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player and detailed‑oriented
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
