We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Operations Executive to provide strategic and operational support to the Sales function. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to drive sales effectiveness through structured processes, reporting, and project management.
Sales Operations & Governance
Oversee end-to-end sales operations including order processing, contract management, and sales documentation
Review, interpret, and manage contracts and commercial agreements
Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data, CRM records, and documentation
Project & Stakeholder Management
Lead and coordinate sales-related projects, events, and tradeshow activities
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and inter-departmental communication across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Leadership & Team Enablement
Provide guidance and coordination support to the Sales team
Improve team efficiency through structured planning, prioritisation, and process alignment
Reporting, Analysis & Forecasting
Prepare and analyse sales performance reports and management dashboards
Track key sales metrics, trends, and KPIs
Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and business planning
Customer & Market Management
Manage escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution
Maintain oversight of customer data and relationships
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape relevant to the company’s products and services
Process Improvement & Strategy
Develop and implement initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and operational efficiency
Drive continuous improvement in sales workflows, tools, and processes
Provide insights and recommendations to Management to support business decisions
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management
Education
Degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines
Experience
Proven experience in a senior sales support, sales operations, or project coordination role
Experience in the semiconductor industry is highly advantageous
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical & Professional Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Strong project management capabilities
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
