Sporton International is a professional golf academy providing structured golf training programmes, junior development, and corporate golf services. The Sales & Marketing Executive will support the academy’s growth by managing programme sales, marketing activities, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate and execute sales activities to promote golf training programmes, lesson packages, junior camps and corporate golf clinics
  • Handle enquiries from prospective students, parents and corporate clients, including programme explanation, quotations, follow-ups and enrolment coordination
  • Support and implement marketing and promotional activities to increase academy visibility and student sign-ups
  • Assist in planning and executing advertising campaigns, promotions and outreach initiatives through online platforms, social media and events
  • Identify new sales leads and partnership opportunities, including schools, corporates and sports-related organisations
  • Track and monitor sales performance, enrolment numbers and campaign effectiveness; prepare basic reports for management review
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities and marketing materials
  • Coordinate with coaches and operations staff to ensure smooth scheduling of lessons, camps and programmes sold
  • Assist in organising academy events, trial sessions, open days and promotional activities
  • Support customer relationship management by maintaining professional communication with existing and new clients
  • Assist in onboarding and guiding new students through registration and programme commencement
  • Participate in internal meetings to provide updates on sales activities, challenges and improvement plans
  • Perform other sales, marketing or administrative duties related to academy operations as assigned by management
