The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or higher in business or marketing, with relevant B2B sales experience, especially in consumables or manufacturing. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. This role involves managing customer relationships and ensuring the execution of sales initiatives.
Lead and support the sales team by setting clear priorities, aligning responsibilities, and ensuring consistent execution of sales initiatives.
Drive sales planning and execution for assigned products and markets, translating business objectives into achievable sales actions.
Build and grow customer relationships by identifying new opportunities while strengthening engagement with existing accounts.
Monitor sales performance through regular reviews, data analysis, and coaching to improve results and operational effectiveness.
Manage pricing discussions, quotations, and commercial negotiations in line with company guidelines and customer expectations.
Represent the company in market-facing activities such as customer visits, industry events, and promotional initiatives to enhance brand presence.
Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably within consumables, manufacturing, or related industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships professionally.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment, with the ability to analyse sales data and adapt strategies accordingly.
