Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue targets and effectively expand market share.
- Proactively identify and seize new business opportunities, targeting both untapped markets and emerging sectors.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to enhance productivity and team effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions while negotiating contracts to optimize profitability while addressing customer needs.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to provide actionable insights to the management team regarding growth opportunities and market dynamics.
- Generate and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
- Strive to exceed revenue targets while ensuring robust profit margins and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in analytical and strategic thinking.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the industry, with a demonstrated track record in sales and business development.
- Bilingual (fluent in English and Mandarin) as need to liaise with Mandarin Speaking clients and colleagues.
