Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a professional to drive the Marine vertical strategy. The role requires strong strategic thinking, project management skills, and an established network within the Southeast Asian marine industry. The ideal candidate will maintain budgetary goals and ensure revenue forecasts align with the budget. Travel across Southeast Asia may be required. Only candidates with working rights in Singapore will be considered.

Job description
Overall key responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Develop and align Marine vertical strategy with General Manager, SEA
  • Meet or exceed total Marine vertical budget by end of fiscal year.
  • Show YOY% growth in spares.
  • Maintain or grow order intake and backlog to that of previous fiscal year.
  • No personal safety accidents.
  • Keep abreast to market and competitor intel to provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure revenue forecast pipeline meets or exceed current year’s budget

  • Demonstrates a strong enterprise mindset, with the ability to think strategically and drive business growth.
  • Possesses an established network of shipowners and ship management companies across Southeast Asia.
  • Technically proficient in automation, electrical systems, and the broader marine industry.
  • Skilled in project management, with the capability to oversee complex projects from initiation to completion.
