Job Description
We are looking for a driven and skilled Sales Manager to grow our Machine Tool and Automation business in Singapore. The successful candidate will identify new opportunities, build strong client partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and hit revenue targets.
- Identify and engage potential customers in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, electronics, and related sectors.
- Build strong, long‑term relationships by understanding customer needs and offering effective solutions.
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay updated on industry trends and opportunities.
- Work closely with technical teams to deliver customized, value‑added solutions.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Lead negotiation of pricing and commercial terms to close deals successfully.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in machine tools, automation, or industrial equipment.
- Strong industry network and connections within relevant sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving strong sales results.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel when required.
