Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the wholesale trading sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve individual and collective goals. Conduct training sessions to enhance team members' sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively. Ensure profitability while maintaining competitive pricing strategies.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and generate regular reports for management. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures to meet targets.
