Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the Singapore market for digital and IT solutions.
  • Perform prospecting through cold calls, digital outreach, networking events, and industry platforms.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions (e.g., cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, infrastructure, digital platforms).
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Client Management
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Provide consultative guidance to help clients optimise their IT and digital transformation strategies. Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and post‑sales support.
  • Sales Operations
  • Track sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
    Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to enhance sales pipeline.

  • Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Min 3- 5 years of experience in IT sales, digital solutions sales, SaaS sales, or related fields.
