As our Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping retail environments for recognizable brands while leading complex projects from concept to completion. This role offers significant autonomy, regional exposure, and the opportunity to make an immediate impact on our expansion strategy.
Drive new business acquisition and identify high-potential sales opportunities to meet revenue and margin targets.
Develop and execute market expansion strategies; build strong industry networks.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand customer needs to propose solutions and expand sales within key accounts.
Manage sales pipelines, proposals, quotations, and CRM activities.
Coordinate with internal teams (Projects, CS, Engineering, Production) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates on installations, site visits, and quality matters.
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage AR for assigned accounts.
Represent the company at meetings, events, and overseas customer visits.
Experience in new business development or sales acquisition, preferably in retail fixtures, furniture, store construction, or display solutions.
Background in industrial engineering, product design, or related fields is an advantage.
Strong project management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills; able to handle multiple stakeholders under time pressure.
Proficient in English and Mandarin for coordination with China teams and suppliers.
Willing to travel overseas on short notice.
