Responsibilities
  • Responsible for market development, customer maintenance, and sales management in the designated area.
  • Identify and establish potential customer channels, deeply understand industry needs, and develop regional sales strategies.
  • Able to manage the entire sales cycel, including solution, buisness negotitaions, contract signing and post-sale follow up.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise clients and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales/project implementation and achievement of sales targets.
  • Coordinates product launches and promotions.
  • Handles ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in cryptocurrency, DIFI, Web3, or related industry.
  • Have the ability to develop new customers, strong communication skills, adaptability, and quick thinking.
  • Passionate about sales work, possess strong drive, and courage to face challenges.
  • Have a certain level of market analysis and judgment ability, along with good customer service awareness.
  • Responsible and able to handle significant work pressure.
  • Demonstrate a learning ability, capable of understanding product performance parameters and advantages in a short period.
  • Travel is required.
