Understand renovation cost components (materials, carpentry, electrical/plumbing, etc.) and apply them to pricing
Ensure pricing aligns with internal margin guidelines
Support package structuring and upselling to increase project value while maintaining healthy margins
Maintain accurate CRM updates and disciplined pipeline tracking
Provide weekly updates on pipeline status and expected closures
Ensure clean handovers to design/operations with complete project information
Work closely with designers to confirm scope feasibility and client expectations

Share client insights with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion
Mentor junior sales consultants / design consultants on consultations, follow-ups, and quotation basics
Support onboarding and training on sales process and product knowledge
Maintain consistent sales standards and client communication quality
3–7 years of sales / client-facing experience; interior design, renovation, property, or related industries strongly preferred
Proven ability to close mid- to high-value deals
Comfortable with quotations, pricing, and numbers; strong attention to detail
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Organised and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously
Experience using CRM tools and standard productivity software
Coaching/mentoring experience is a plus (formal “people management” not required)
Background as a senior sales consultant or hands-on team lead in renovation / interior design
Understanding of renovation materials, costing, and basic technical concepts
Ability to read basic floor plans (trainable)
Mandarin / Chinese language skills are a strong advantage due to the client base
