Job summary

A childcare education center in Singapore is seeking a sales associate to handle incoming inquiries, conduct engaging center tours, and maintain a positive experience for parents. Responsibilities
  • Handle all incoming sales enquiries from parents via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk‑ins.
  • Conduct professional centre tours and confidently present programme offerings.
  • Follow up proactively to convert leads into confirmed registrations.
  • Maintain a positive parent experience from first contact to onboarding.
  • Resolve concerns tactfully and escalat[e] complex issues to centre management when required.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing activities such as open houses, school roadshows, and community events.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives including social media, WhatsApp campaigns, and lead‑generation activities.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor offerings, and parent expectations.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE O‑Level
  • Prior sales, customer service, or education industry experience is preferred
  • Experience in student care, tuition, childcare, or enrichment sales is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in sales presentations and parent engagement.
  • Positive, energetic, and child‑friendly.
  • Professional and empathetic when interacting with parents.
