Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop existing Ship Supply businesses.
• Develop and enhance customer relationships
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Suggest and implement strategies to promote sales, grow business with existing customers
• Develop a frontline relationship with customers
• Communicate trends/pricing issues and other unique issues as it relates to sales
• Work closely with Operations and management with regard to sales needs
• Analyse market information and sales information to keep abreast of the latest development.
• Handle running order quotations.
• Handle cruise and tender quotations.
• Assisting the Accounts team to highlight those customers who are late payments or chasing payment.
• Handle customer complaint
• Provide personalized service to customers (e.g. delivery)
• Other responsibilities as and when required.
• Possess Driving Licence Preferably
