Job Description

Our client, a well-known Japanese leading manufacturer, looking for a Sales Executive for further expansion of the company.

• Maintain good relationship and develop new businesses with main key client.
• Conduct business trips and develop new businesses in ASEAN countries.
• Handle requests and inquiries from clients and provide solutions.
• Communicate with Japan HQ for pricing, shipping schedule, stock situation.
• Prepare documents related sales activity using PowerPoint or Excel etc.
• Attend to guests from Japan and clients. (if required)
• Other ad-hoc duties if assigned by management

Job Requirement

• Willing to challenge sales position
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn new skills and shows a commitment to long-term tenure with the company.
• Proficient in Mandarin is required for effective communication with clients.
• Basic conversation level of Japanese language skill is a plus to communicate with Japan HQ and colleagues
• Prior experience working in a Japanese SME is an advantage.
• Exhibits a keen interest in Japanese culture and a strong motivation to work in a Japanese company.
• Holds a valid driving license
