Job Description

This role is responsible for customer-facing sales activities focused on consumer electronics and IT peripherals in the Singapore market. The Sales Executive will support the Senior Sales Manager in expanding retail and distribution channels, providing proposals, handling store visits, and ensuring post‑sales support to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct sales visits and regular meetings with retail stores, distributors.
  • Provide in-store support, shelf planning, and promotional coordination
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide after‑sales service
  • Aggregate and monitor sell‑in/sell‑out data (e.g., POS or delivery records)
  • Analyze sales trends and assess effectiveness of sales promotions
  • Propose and execute next actions based on insights (applying PDCA approach)
  • Report weekly/monthly activities to the Senior Sales Manager
  • Collect and share market insights, competitor activities, and consumer trends
Job Requirement
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales
  • Strong interest in consumer electronics, retail, or tech industry
  • Ability to aggregate and visualize sales data using tools like Excel
  • Proactive mindset with ability to identify actions based on data
  • Capable of applying PDCA cycle in daily sales operations
  • Customer‑first mindset, proactivity, and willingness to learn
  • Team‑oriented but capable of working independently
  • Positive thinker who explores how goals can be achieved rather than why they can’t
  • Mental flexibility and positivity to deal with challenges constructively
  • Experience in electronics, PC accessories, or home appliances is preferred
  • Sales experience in a manufacturing company (B2B or B2C) is preferred
