ALG is a Technical Recruitment Company looking to hire a Sales Executive for its office in Singapore.

You will play a critical role in identifying, creating, and expanding business opportunities with prospective clients while maintaining strong relationships with our existing portfolio. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and establish strategic partnerships through effective networking, market analysis, and relationship management.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop new accounts and grow the customer base through active business development.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients, including prospecting new clients, site visits, industry events, and digital marketing.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the industry.
  • Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in assigned existing accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing contract renewals and addressing operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure service delivery standards meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with management to create sales proposal, complete tenders, set targets, and develop sales forecasts based on market trends.
  • Be responsible for administrative updates.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in B2B sales or 360‑degree recruitment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to balance new business prospect with account management.
  • Must take initiative and be able to work independently.
  • Having an EA license will be advantageous but not necessary.
